HEHP has no Fees or Charges for submission and regular review. 
All the accepted articles must pay the publishing fee (after acceptance for publishing):
- 350 Euro per article (for non-Iranian authors);
- 15.000.000 IRR per article (for Iranian authors);

Note: For an article to be considered Iranian, the first author's- and correspondent's affiliation must be in Iran (Not more than half of the authors' affiliations could be out of Iran).
